The Disciples of Venu, also known as Stick Eaters or Veni-Yan, are monk-like soldiers in the Bone series. They are trained in the ways of the Dreaming Arts.
Appearance[]
The Venu all typically wear red and orange cloak and hoods which both obstruct their face and vision.
Training[]
Veni-Yan have eight levels of training. Three are required to become a soldier, and five are required to become a Dream Master. Dream Masters are highly respected among the southern half of the Valley. The Veni-Yan believe that dreams connect every living being to an original source, and are trained to hear the hum of the Dreaming. Dream Masters usually have a different appearance than their followers, such as Mermie.
